An extension to change locale in Mozilla Firefox. For now it can only switch to and from English/French.
I can propose other language but in the future I want this extension to dectect installed locale (help needed).
The extension add a popupmenu in the tools menu.
It works only with mozilla firefox 0.8 (the future 0.9 will use another system for extension).
There is an associated Bugzilla bug :243113
